Not as sexy as a player transfer but good were getting the foundations in place. Could be quite a coup too. Utd's academy has been fairly fruitful of late. There's probably others but Garnacho, Mainoo, Elanga to name but a few.

I guess you can argue that 38 players from Academy is nothing when they're not necessarily performing... but for us, 38 Academy players making debuts is a chance of reselling.

Exciting to see him turn down several offers in the past but want to come here, makes me think all is well behind the scenes and we're quietly getting ourselves set.

Can't believe Everton have pulled off cox.

Club's Cox will stand tall and firm after this appointment. I'm sure Academy will now have much more thrust getting players to the first team. Seed has been planted at least.
