The thing is, we need about 10 players. We aren't signing 10 superstars. We aren't signing 10 wonder kids. There will be a fair few "pragmatic" signings until we are in a position to spend and build on a developed squad with the players we actually want.

Can’t see this happening if we are after the lad, Dan from Sunderland. We don’t want to be signing too many players with first names for surnames. It will break some kind of rule and we will end up with a points deduction again.
