Is there a theoretical chance they can somehow speed it up or would you say its pretty much sorted?

I'd absolutely hate if we had to play a couple of games at Goodison...

Already 8 months late on original plan, and still not even close to having an actual proper test event. Those two were pretty much a waste of time. The first full capacity first team game in pre-season is going to be absolutely carnage.

Tottenhams first test event at the new ground was 10 days before the first actual game, just for reference.
