New Everton Stadium

The end of your argument right there... you`ve not offered why it isn`t then just started calling names.... mate I think some of your posts are funny but don`t be so blinded by the new owners that you think they can do anything wrong.

This isn`t a good deal... hell TFG themselves could chuck £20m a season in and not even miss it... new rules state they could do whatever they please so why have they decided not to and instead massively undersold us.
You don't know what the deal is.

Spurs have gone 6 years without a stadium sponsor, presumably holding out for a mega deal.
They could have got some law firm for 5m a year and be 30m wealthier but the didnt.

I'm fine with this. It's a bit clunky but not overly bothered.
If we become mega successful maybe it'll change
but for now, we're not passing up revenue and that's good.

Well, my first thought when I heard was 'I hate this'.

Now I've had time to think about it....I still hate it.

A price we have to pay for some money i suppose, but it an ugly, souless name to me.

It was to be named something soulless no matter who agreed to the terms.

Castore pay us more than anyone in our history to produce our kits - not good enough
Dickson Hill (potentially) paying top whack for stadium naming rights - not good enough
Kick paying us the most money on the table for shirt sleeve sponsor - not good enough

Meanwhile

Our commercial team are shabite lad.
We can’t compete in transfers cos our revenue is shabite lad.

Exactly, 100% this! Nail right on head. Spoiled children some of our lot

.

This deal could have been huge and provided a boost to player recruitment but we’ve opted for a small local sponsor which inevitably means a modest income.

Up to £10m per annum probably means £5m per annum which is equivalent to Doucoure’s wages to give an idea of scale.
This deal could have been huge 😂 what are you even on about? Not only do you not know how much we're getting but what were you expecting? Someone to pay us £50m a year when the top 10 deals in the WORLD average like £7m a year? Nonsense. They're gonna be giving us at least £5m a year and that's £5m more than most clubs without one...

Stuff like this really highlights how naive and thick a lot of people are.

From the way people are carrying on, you’d think that there’s a queue of multinational corporations waiting in the wings to throw £30m a year at a club who’s won nothing in 30 years.
Maybe our billionaire owners might have business contacts that could have done better than a deal that'll pay Coleman and Young's wages.

Wait until they see how much ticket prices are going to ramp up because we have to "compete".

Any deal created now should be the best deal in any category using inflation. Simple as that
