Computer games.

Im a bit pessimistic as I get older so yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s underwhelming. Hope im wrong.

There’s still good stuff being made but I can’t remember the last time I was genuinely blown away by too many of these games, probably RDR2 or some stuff on the 360/PS3.

The free to play/battlepass/seasons stuff has had a huge impact on games . Sometimes not for the better . This kind of sums it up

Yeah I think I’m a bit negative towards it all due to GTA online (an online mode that’s among the worst I’ve ever played) basically being the reason that single player stories didn’t get DLC.

I'm starting again, I accidentally changed the team before playing villa everyone in the wrong position and got beat 5-1 😂 thinking of doing Spain can't decide
Started out with a Bulgarian 2nd division team cuz why not, got give a choice of a somewhat local one to me so went with it. Relegation fighters and just about avoiding it, before the end of the season Chapecoense (Brazil) came out of nowhere to sign me, themselves fighting a relegation battle while having very good players so it's been easy to steer away from those positions.

I'll play more when I can but so far it really scratches that "quick and mobile FM" itch to be honest!

Thanks for the suggestion mate!

Finally playing TLOU2 and really enjoying it. Looks fantastic

However, does anybody else feel that the mechanic of finding key inventory items in random places takes away from the natural flow of a game? is there not a better way of doing this?

If you are creeping through a building and go room by room it would be great if it was all about the suspense of what's coming rather than the slightly broken experience of trying to move quickly around a new room to see if there's anything to pick up. The movement of how you do it because it's so rushed and only for the purpose of seeing if some item flashes up, is very unnatural. It's ok I guess for PvP online FPS as it's all about the showdown, but on one player it takes you out of the moment

I found that it got repetitive like that. Not finished the second one yet but got bored pretty quick.
The whole created world is what makes it great. Not the gameplay so much.

I'm 20 hours into Expedition 33, and honestly, everyone was right-this is genuinely one of the best games I've played in the last five years. In terms of cultural impact It's gunna be like Final Fantasy, but it actually is a masterpiece and deserving of the hype.
Amazing game - finished my first playthrough yesterday and it probably went down as my favourite game. I can barely find a flaw with it without being excessively nitpicky

Very nice, pointless without seeing any gameplay tho
That is always a bit worrying but it isn't really close to launch. Hopefully it is optimized as all heck because those graphics look absurdly impressive at least in the cinematics. Might be a Dark Souls 2 bait and switch by release though

I don't remember Rockstar ever showing gameplay in a second trailer, I don't think there's any reason to worry.
