I don’t know why but can’t see the club being too pleased about this tbh. Will be taking away potential hospitality customers from the stadium and calling it the ‘Howard Kendall Suite’ gives the illusion that it’s a club product. TFG will have to snap up Nelson Dock pretty sharpish as I’m sure there’ll be plenty more projects like this one.

I'm not too sure there'll be sufficient demand at that level and if there is you can be sure Everton will have ability to widen their offering at BMD.
