Last Film You Watched

Obviously not seen yet. But the remake of The naked gun is out this summer. Loved the originals as a kid with Leslie Nielsen who was great with the comedy. Think this one might struggle. I’d still go and see it though.

Ah, was going to go and see that. Looked like it might be better than what you would expect from this kind of thing (was hoping for another Lego Movie).

The CGI is woeful. What really annoys me is the lighting, they are just in a blue screen acting to nothing but lit by 4 direct light sources in the background, foreground, face and shadow.

Looks cheap, plot is cheap, cast is cheap but will top near a Billion.

Plus a load of cack Jack Black songs chucked in because despite FIVE script writers can't string a sentence together.

Also Jack Black ugh. I liked him until he turned on Kyle of Tenacious D over Trump Assassination, the bad sellout gimp

Just watched novocaine and really enjoyed it

Was suprised how much I liked it tbh. Was expecting it to be a gimmicky film about a guy who can’t feel pain but it was more than just that it had a decent story and Jack quaid’s acting was really good and the humour was decent as well

7.5/10 for me

EFNY- i watched years ago... be interesting to see how the concept of how we would end up, and how close we are to it now

I saw the second "Den of Thieves"...took a large and poor departure from the first one. It's all fancy and slick like Ocean's 11, and doesn't have any of the street-level grittiness of the first one. It held my attention but was largely just another over-wrought action-heist film. Nothing too special.
