Disappointed, but we just don’t have the quality in the final third to cause them any sort of consistent problems. Defensively we were quality, salah and Diaz non existent, our Man of the match is Gueye for me.

I thought we played reasonably well but we are at least 3 attacking players short of properly matching teams for quality.
3-4 good breaks but always the wrong ball.

We were awful second half i think I can count on the fingers of one hand the amount of passes Harrison and Doucoure played to blue shirts tonight. Still think their goal should have been ruled offside, but it's Anfield, what do you expect.

Out of interest.... towards the end of the game I think it was Jarrod who was flagged for offside. He didn't touch the ball but fairly classed as interfering with play......is that any different to the Liverpool goal?

Ndiaye is miles off unfortunately as you would expect...zero good creative attacking options on the bench. You cant win against them with doucoure for 85 minutes...Harrison working hard but his final ball is non existant
