We can put our house in order and progress year after year. And when I say progress im not expecting some kind of trophy haul or challenge for titles in a short time frame . Build properly, buy smartly and build teams around the better players with the long term goal being our best players actual win things and a be successful here rather than moving on to achieve just that.

It’s important to remember that this club hasn’t been right for years pre/after Moshiri but that view was scoffed at by many and led to the inevitable.

Hopefully lessons are learned. No point in having a nice new home if it’s just going to be same old for another decade or two.

Far from easy of course and im interested to see the kind of players we target this summer.

These new owners are hardly here for stability.

They've already made an off-field impact. I fully expect to see them make an on-field impact from July.

I suspect they'll be demanding a top half finish next season of Moyes or whoever is manager come August. That's about as much "stability" as competent, ambitious people will stomach. Positions can be made up quickly enough in this mediocre league.

Oh, top ten is non-negotiable as far as I am concerned. This assumes the Friedkins do what is needed for starters come summer, but I expect they will. We were 12th on points won on the field of play last term and won't be too far off the top 10 even this. We have huge scope for improvement.
