Innovation or did we already have perfection and just didn't know it?

It's an irony, one of the cheapest and cleanest means of transportation going, sadly used in the main to move coal for burning.

Whichever way you look, the outcome is still pollutant. Biofuels and renewables is the healthy way forward, but who can be arsed with that.
Some/many are, but just not a majority. The initial investment vs. the payoff is what bothers everyone I think.

We have a ton of solar farms and people who have and maintain solar panels at home and it eases their life so much, but at what point will it be abused? Solar farms do take up a lot of farmable space for the most part, and most big city buildings that would be great for it don't want to hear about it for some reason...

I'd always go with the answer my old boss used to give that's it more likely cock up rather than conspiracy - but at the same time, I think it shows just how easy it would be to push the UK into chaos if so desired.

Too many of these things happening at the moment.

Government will try to cover it up at much as they can as not to panic the public and admit we’ve lost control.

Mrs Mrs cousin has been over here from New Zealand for a few months and was due to fly to Canada today. He drove to Manchester early hours this morning as he was due to fly from there to Heathrow and then on to Canada… flight cancelled so he drove back here and then got a call to go back to Manchester to catch a flight this afternoon to Paris and then on to Canada…. I couldn’t be arsed with all that 😂

An unfortunate and completely accidental fire at a nearby substation has shut down Heathrow Airport.
Disruption expected to last days.

Completely accidental / coincidental and absolutely not related to current geopolitical issues.
🤥

Heathrow in - all your eggs in one basket sorry, in one sub station Shocker
