Nelson Dock

Basically run a ring round the outside as per the one on Bramley-Moore Dock there.

The boundary line with Salisbury / Collingwood Dock is the only bit in question for me.

Bramley Moore’s plot extends down to the water of Nelson Dock, so I imagine Nelson Dock’s plot would do the same - making the southern edge the blue one rather than the orange one here:

Thanks mate for clearing that up for me! Reason I was asking is because I asked a few months ago, when there were the first reports that TFG was interested in buying Nelson Dock, if the Victoria Tower was part of that Dock. According to a few on here it was, but googling it the tower sadly seems part of Salisbury Dock.

Yeah, would love for us to get ownership of that.

But I think in time, regardless of whether it’s ours or not, that tower will become synonymous with the stadium.

It’s all part of the new Evertonian neighbourhood we’ve already made.

It does. The echo isn't fit for purpose now. It's way too small.

If they buy it and plan to fill it, something there needs to generate money.

Plus if they buy the Boston celtics, they can bring them over here to play etc

I'd personally like to see Bars, Restaurants,Hotels and all that Jazz on Nelson if it's to be redeveloped,I also think it would be a mistake to fill the dock inn.

The city doesn't need another Arena on the waterfront, that's just my personal opinion.
I doubt they`d get the go ahead for a second indoor arena in the city. The sort of development that they did when the Liverpool one area was done for the 2008 European capital of culture is whats needed.

It's a pity they cant demolish that 💩 house next door and develop that and leave the Nelson Dock in tact.

Apologies if already posted but this looks great

Edit: actually it’s quite an old one but maybe what they plan to do
That's the latest masterplan I believe, Peel re-submitted it last year.

Although this is ultimately Peel's outline vision for the site, I fully expect we would propose something similar in terms of a mix of residential/ commercial/ leisure but with less of an emphasis on residential. I very much doubt we'd be looking to completely fill the dock in, not only would LCC resist it (along with other stakeholders and possibly Peel) but it doesn't make much sense. That being said, we may do some partial building out onto the water like below.

Yeah, this is the kind of thing I’d expect to see.

Everton-themed bars and hotel - plus residential, restaurants and retail.

As Chong said, sports-led - rather than literally sports.
