I didn’t have to complete any information like I normally would for a credit check (income expenditure etc), it was literally name, address DOB and bank details. If they can do credit checks just off that then so be it.

I just added the direct debit fee to my season ticket cost and agreed the monthly fee. As soon as I pressed ‘submit’ it came back with this straight away. I’ve never had a credit check come back that quickly (if that’s what it was)View attachment 298528

First test event was advertised as a maximum of 10,000. The second test event is advertised as a minimum of 25,000

It's currently being redeveloped but has been stalled for about a year unfortunately.

Yeah, the front third (ish?) is done and inhabited. It looks great.

Surely there will be fresh investment now for the rest of it. It really is an amazing building. The largest brick building of its type in the world.

the pitch thing has been banded about by a few people and somebody commented on my channel saying they either knew or are the ex Everton groundsman and said its happening . it may not but can only say what I get told

Didn't realise there was tenure required, when trying to purchase resale tixs. However I've enough to buy a ST.

It's not supposed to be but being sold out this season I like the system but has a few loop holes in it for mates... If you get my meaning. I still pay for mine despite not going as much nowadays
