War,huh, yeh what is it good for
Making arms manufacturers and exporters money, and the political masters getting the fingers in the pie too.

Meanwhile the “Peace President” doing Israel’s bidding.

While this is far more likely to be idiotic bluff and guff, if America were considering the possibility of a conflict, they wouldn't want to be wasting assets on Ukraine.

Got to focus on the deal, the offer of peace and control is there, if the u.s. is forced to invade it'll be irans fault completely.

Panama can have peace and gift the canal away or can be invaded and have it taken and them all killed. Their own fault.

Canada, Greenland, Mexico, they'd all be much nicer places if there were no problematic people there, so really it's their own fault. Peace at all costs, one grave at a time.

Does Trumps quote above the flag, mean "Iran have a lot of Oil I can get my greedy hands on" ? Looks like America are going all around thd World, Ukraine, Iran taking everyone's assets, Minerals off them. It's what a Dictator does.

Luckily there is one way the racists will turn on you - it's when you torpedo the economy. And that's exactly what Trump is doing.

When unemployment and inflation creep up, some of those racists will have no choice but to acknowledge their error. But it'll have to get pretty bad first
It will all be Canada's fault for being rude enough to tell the US to stuff your threat annexation.

How dare we have the nerve not to want to join the best nation in the world... With the best leaders. Much winning.

Even if a moderate wins the next US election and normal service is resumed (a big ‘if’), the damage has been done to American hegemony and the established world order.

The US is in the process of losing massive amounts of power through mis-trust.
I see this morning Belgium and Sweden are also beginning to boycott US goods.

When there is this much grassroots displeasure with your country it is going to take an awful lot to win it back.

The cultural and political hegemony is over, the economic one might follow soon.

That could be interesting. The US needs all the partners it can get in that neck of the woods for the inevitable Taiwan broohaha.

Wonder if Australia fancies taking the US for all it's worth to maintain the current situation and access.
Trump doesn't care about Taiwan. He's already using economic threats to get chips made in the US. If the US doesn't need Taiwan for chips it will let them die in exchange for a few more tariffs on China.

The complication is, as Canada is part of the commonwealth, and as such share a defence pact, on top of being NATO members.
Trump's disdain for NATO is well known so any destabilising of Canada wouldn't bother him.

Let's be honest, the relationship between the UK and Europe with the US has been balanced towards those across the Atlantic. It was to their advantage.

Yet, there's been strong ties and we could, more often than not, rely on them. Since Trump has taken office, the whole relationship has appeared to change.

The US is now unpredictable; it has doubled down with Israel and looks to be cuddling up with Russia - a direct threat to Europe. There is no reliance now!

Worse, we have the US talking openly about Greenland and control even via force, which is a European nation's territory. Fluff reliance, we look more like an enemy.

The issue is that maybe it's given a Europe the kick up the arse it needs to become less reliant on the US for many aspects, namely defence, and alienates them.
