Take it with a pinch of salt for what it is, a polite goodbye acknowledging that KT in a terrible organisation, being asked to make a lot more money than he could spend, somehow managed to do some deals and retain some players that have (just about) enabled us to survive as a Premier League team. Also, note the importance of the word "foundation" e.g. Branthwaite, Iroegbunam, Ndiaye etc...
TFG have made all the key decisions needed, when they needed to be made - changed the Manager, are changing the structure of the club from the very top, refinanced the debt etc... They are not foolish enough to ignore the most important thing of all, that underpins their own chances of success - getting the best 11 players they can on the pitch and a strong squad around them to be able to challenge.

Why? What's on Kinnear's CV that impresses you? I'm not being chippy, I genuinely want to know what people see in this appointment. Getting rid of Kenyon is fine, he's an expert in failure. Everything else is all so uninspiring.
