Moyes has already successfully sued Rooney for libel in relation to the contents of his book and received "substantial" damages. I'm sure you were unaware of this and didn't intentionally mean to mislead anyone on here or sully Moyes' reputation with Evertonians so a swift retraction, acknowledgement of error and apology should suffice in this instance.
