New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

433 seats available in the Lower South corners.

I'm 45 this year (so not young) and have been forced into there really; partly for personal reasons and partly because I didn't have much of an alternative in the lower tiers. Don't particularly want to stand and i expect there will be others like me.

That being said, I expect you are largely correct and certainly a lot of the central section of the south stand will be a younger demographic.

There were lots of good seats in the North Upper this morning. Especially NW corner.

I can get st on 12th, and I had 5 years membership, it must have been I just got in. Looks like the north stand , i am not complaining though.
Everyone with 5 years or more was gaurenteed a ticket - taking in the info we were talking about less than 3000 folk in that category. I guess if some current ST holders and people in the 5 year and more waitlist don't renew then they will dip into the 4 year membership list. But we are talking about hundreds of tickets not thousands IMO.
If you were 4 year membership and around 3000-3500 on the waitlist before they deleted all that info then you have a chance.
I also think the 4 year membership pool is very deep.

I am sure someone has done the math on here before, so correct me if wrong!

Goodison - currently 31500 ST holders
BMD - 53k capacity, 3k away end and 5k hospitality leaving 45k home seats (Not sure if hospitality also includes club view?)

Seems by the waiting list we are only increasing season tickets by 3k, which will give those coming off the waiting list approx 13.5k seats to choose from. Providing all current ST holders take them (I think recent years churn rate for ST's has been less than 1-2%).

So should be plenty to be picked from come 12th March, providing there isn't a lot of single seats out there!

Is there something to lean on?

For those waiting for their turn, there’s still a handful left in block 223, literally one seat away from where club view begins, so pretty much the same seat but without the free programme, and the ten quids worth of scran - £880 rather than £1200 for club view. Back four rows but in line with the D of the penalty box at worst, so not bad at all if you’re looking for a side view.

Hi all. I’ve not been reading this section too much as I was disappointed I wasn’t offered a ticket after Xmas. I’ve regained my composure and have now dipped in here.
Does anyone have an update on how the sales are going etc? I’m just hoping that I get offered one come end of March. I was about 6000 on list last year. 4 memberships.
I’ve got 4 memberships and was 4000 on the list and didnt get one. Hoping I may get something end of next month depending on take up of season tickets new and existing.

That what I thought and selected here. Row 52 so a bit more central than my TB seat atm can't wait

Does there come a point when you decide against a season ticket rather than accept a seat you’re not particularly happy with for the sake of it? I’m assuming they’ll carry on the club memberships for priority access to tickets on a match by match basis next season? With the resale platform as well you’ll get the pick of the plum seats more often than not on a match by match basis. There could also be an opportunity to nab a “club view” ticket occasionally?
