New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

It would be open all year round. Not just for Everton fans

Of course but you'd never acquire a site and build a brand new multi storey car park for those peripheral users. I just don't see how it stacks up but hey ho let's see.

But also let's be real - in the context of a 50k+ stadium a single car park for a few hundred cars doesn't make any overall real impact on the issue.

Can see them selling up there some time in the future tbh, store needs investment its really aged now, it's smaller than the stores they tend to operate, and the car park can get swamped, often leading to the strand getting even more backed up with people trying to get in.

Alot of people will be put off going to shop there on days were playing aswell as the traffic will be so bad.

Zero chance it would get developed into a multi story car park for the stadium, but its prime real estate land for more buildings in the future.
Yeah I was thinking that about matchdays, that's anywhere up to 19+ weekend days where people might just not bother

Might become some sort of multi-use site with a multi-storey as part of it, but it wouldn’t be EFC doing it, it would be NCP, Q-Park or whoever. Don’t see it myself though.

Like you say, it’s prime real estate, so if Costco do clear off to Speke, it’ll get converted to something more profitable than an occasional car park for travelling blues.

Or maybe the RS will buy it to build a tinpot new stadium so they can say they’re closer to the city centre or something. Smelly meffs.

Is there an end date for taking up the current swathe of ST's? I think the last tranche is 12th March, but what's the final cut-off for everybody to secure a seat. Then surely they'll review those at the top of the waiting list with potential to release more ready for next season

Moving on from salmon and finny haddock....

Does anyone know if the Club View ten quid per game has to be used up each match, or can you roll it over and, for example, spend the lot on a champagne and caviar picnic on the last day of the season? So is it a 'use it or lose it' deal?

No roll over - miss a game, yer tenner’s gone.
