New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Figure still a belting view. Only space that's reasonably affordable that's middle of the pitch.

No. It's £1200 total. You get a tenner to spend every game on food or drink. A programme. First dabs on restaurant package upgrades. Access to private concourse after the game. So can linger about for queues to ease. The added value though all really a nonsense to me, it's the side of pitch view. There's about 50 odd left I think
It says there is no tickets left anywhere on the site - where are you seeing that cos I’ll buy one if so.

Ah it is only for season ticket holders.

I went for north. My dad and I only had 11 tenure as our 7 years when I was a kid didn’t count. Wanted equivalent to current low down in the UGS. Figured back row north is less than half way up of upper south. So made to get our new seats low down in north central. taking my cap for the sun though. Still got access to south upper bar. Buzzin.

This is what I'm thinking for me and my mate. Still loads of cracking specs but can share the bar.

Still hearing strong rumours we are after the current Costco site for a large multi story car park.
Can’t see it myself, Everton FC don’t operate car parks (we’ve barely operated as a football club for the last 15 years), it’s only going to be used when there’s a game or event.
600 cars, 20ish times a year, at what £15 a go, after spending a few hundred grand to buy and build it, plus operating costs…… doesn’t make any sence.

If there was any value in a car park, NCP or whoever would have hoovered up a site and built one.

Well I’d imagine it would be used all year round, every day of the week. Not just match day. Lot of money in parking. Especially if the council get their way with no parking zones all year round.

With Costco on it the site is worth over £10m. A multi storey car park costs at least £20k a space to build. The maths don't work.

I dont see why Costco would give up that site, but money talks I suppose.
Can see them selling up there some time in the future tbh, store needs investment its really aged now, it's smaller than the stores they tend to operate, and the car park can get swamped, often leading to the strand getting even more backed up with people trying to get in.

Alot of people will be put off going to shop there on days were playing aswell as the traffic will be so bad.

Zero chance it would get developed into a multi story car park for the stadium, but its prime real estate land for more buildings in the future.
