What a job he's doing.

Shared my view when we appointed him that my opinion on Moyes is based on 20+ years, and not the run in to this season. I didn't think there'd anything he could do that would influence that.

I've gone from being disappointed of his appointment, because I knew TFG had someone lined up in the summer who was already in a job, and hoped of a better appointment in the summer to now being 50/50.

Maybe he's just *fits*.
I confess they weren't my thoughts as that United equaliser smashed into the back of the net.

He's done very well. You cant argue with that. Bit he's nowhere near the manager we need. The PL is terrible and we can cut short our mission to get back to the top with a bold and ambitious appointment.

I think fans will tire very quickly of Moyes.

I can't argue too much with that assessment to be fair Dave; I thought the second half was poorly managed. In the first half, we played like we wanted to win the game, from the start of the second half we played like we were hoping to get something from the game.
Man Utd played with more desire and commitment 2nd half. They still have better players, so it was a good result really.

Not if we get in there and convince him otherwise. Tell him he gets what he wants. Spurs wont hand him that.
You have to factor in logistics as well since he'd not have to move far. Plus despite Tottenham being ridiculously bad this season their squad has much more potential than ours for a new manager to get to grips with

Not been on here much this week.

I presume the loss of the CA forum means this forum suffers more with the constant stream of eye piss from the forum goon.

Spoils the fun of coming on here now. It’s such a tired old act.

Could have put your house on him being on here now celebrating losing a 2 goal lead to give his dreary little life some purpose.

I dint think Spurs is a great draw to a manager. They're right up against it from day 1. Iraola will know that.

It was a dire performance. He should be pilloried for it not praised for 'getting us 2-0 up, lad'
Again. Telling on yourself so much here. You basically want a manager sacked for one performance with a threadbare squad on its knees from playing so much with no breaks and no respite. Yes, we should have won, and with more players fit we probably would have done. I wonder what has got you into such a terrible mood today………………………….oh. I see!!!!

Ha Ha Ha.

I'm a Hibs fan.

FFS.

He’s better and the team is great. I can’t think of anyone in the PL I’d swap him with. And for that matter, I can only think of 5 or less in the world I’d consider. Some people are just so hung up in the past that he was our manager and left. Or he’s too old. Some people who are lifelong fans couldn’t list 5 things they like about their club. This is a glorious time to be a fan of Everton.
