Never mind Dyche. We all agree that Moyes is a better manager...but not that much better.

Ild be very happy to punt him in the summer for a progressive manager like Iraola.

I suspect most would too.

Moyes will always think mediocre. We should have volleyed them 4-0 second half, but we didn't retain the ball and allowed the worst United team for about 3 decades to get back into the game and almost win it.
Iraola is the man for sure but he's got Spurs written all over him

I actually don’t mind that, I’d like to see Everton managers having a pop at Liverpool more often. One of the criticisms of his first time here was the reverence that he showed them and United. I actually thought this joke was him rubbing their contract misfortune in their face a bit. We have to start competing with them again and this will have resonated in their echelons, an Everton manager openly mocking their contract situation in front of the national media. Hopefully it’s an about turn from one of my few criticisms of his first spell here.
You interpreted it vastly different than I did.

I read his 'joke' to be that such 'star' players might leave them and consider coming to us.

He wasn't having a dig at them he was laughing at how 'cheeky' and 'audacious' it'd be for us to bid for and get them.

Moyes always talks Everton down and himself up. ALWAYS....and he always will.

Let’s see how Iraola does at a different club. Often these managers struggle in a different environment. We’ve seen enough of that here over the years!
I think some are very tempted to make the same mistake as we made under Moshiri, and run before we’ve begun to walk. I don’t think any of us here think Moyes is a long term solution, but I think getting rid of him in the summer for a ‘progressive’ (whatever that means) manager would be a mistake. Let Moyes steady the ship first, get us back to top half, and then change. Incremental improvements.

We've been lulled into a false sense of security with this run.

If you analyse it with a calm head we're team riding the crest of a wave but also running on fumes,so a draw today while disappointing still puts points on board.

I fear with the lack of legs were either going to hit a wall or pick up more injuries.

Nows not the time to start picking hole in team selection or substitutions.

He's more or less met his remit with a patched up team that was on the floor confidence wise.

Supposedly Potter and Amorim are “progressive.” It didn’t do Man Utd any harm when Alex Ferguson was chewing his gum when he could have been picking up a pension!

For me, the ideal will be Moyes builds us up and grooms a successor. He’s got years left in him and still has the work ethic and passion for the game.

Didn’t really want Moyes but I don’t think any other manager in world football would be doing a better job here at the moment. As long as we stay up which looks likely, he’ll be here next season.

The arse holes have been waiting for a month to spew their drivel.
Don't engage

This. Are we really going to see these posts every time we don't win a game?

He's shot us up the table with a bang average team with injuries. Before today we were 2nd in the form table over the last 5 games. Probably will still be high up it come Sunday evening.

People were happy to just avoid relegation this year. He's moved us well away from it in a month and had us looking up.

If I have to hear "progressive manager" one more time.

Poor interview there...far too diplomatic here. Maybe deep down still has some affinity with united. First time i am disappointed with his comments.
Putting pressure on here at match level is meaningless fine and reprimand and mind your manners "little Everton". Will be what Freidkin group can do behind the scenes "nerworking" with EPL and referee association etc. Will take time to build on those relationships and lean into them and have that "competitive advantage".
