2024/25 David Moyes

Incompetent/corrupt officiating aside, he deserves legitimate criticism for letting a 2 goal lead slip. We had lost control of the match, Utd were pushing for a goal and he had options on the bench in Alcaraz and Iroegbunam, and did nothing, like a deer in the headlights.

Maybe he shouldn't be such a wet wipe?
This. Its why our fans (and West Ham's) lose faith in him. Gives you absolutely no confidence that he will demand better.

Moyes is handling things like a mature and senior manager. The antics of Pep and Mikel, in my opinion, are immature and a smear to the sport. Be a professional with some self-respect. That’s David Moyes. He can still file a complaint, just not like a sore loser on camera. Mad respect for him.
VAR laughs at dignity and professionalism.

It quakes at boorishness, anger, and invective.

We'll continue to be screwed until we get down and dirty like the rest of them.

Under Dyche we'd have been delighted with a draw against Man U Under Moyes we are disappointed. That's the difference
Most of the time, sure. Not when we started the match above them in the table. They are dogturd. Anything less than a win is a very poor result.

So for Dyche, the players weren't able to or good enough to pass. He's gone, now they can under Moyes.

For Moyes, there are no options on the bench, despite the fact the same bench options have started games and have won us games (Charly last time out for example).

He's doing fantastic work and is clearly the right man for it currently (as much as I personally doubted him), but stop making excuses for managers like this ffs! We can say he's doing a good job but effed this game up, it happens, we go again next week; problem is if this happens and costs us points every week.

Mate he had one fit striker , one fit RM that went off injured and one fit LM… he has asked them to play 3 games in a week and a half with a high press …

When Jesper went off we had to put the oldest player in prem history in a position which he has not has the legs to play for the last 6 years

When Garner was brought down and jumped up they said why did he not go down.

When Doucoure had his short tugged, they said why did he not go down.

When Young had his shirt tugged twice and went down, they said not enough tugness to go down.

It's going to take Moyes a while to coach the stench of Dyche out of this squad. Blowing leads in the second half is very much a Dyche hang up.

Decent result considering the injuries we have, onwards and upwards.

When we can move from being delighted with a draw against United having been two goals up to being disappointed with it, then the club will really be different - in the best possible way.
I’m not disappointed, im raging. We were completely robbed! The referee was a disgrace throughout the match. Their first goal should not have happened as the foul he gave for the first free kick was not a foul.

Perhaps this chap Kinnear if he comes in can be as forceful about var corruption as he was about us being docked points.
As a club we need to take a far more abrasive line about this. I wouldnt agree with the approach Nott Forest took about it but it didn't do them harm either.

I'm raging because we blew that. It shouldn't have come down to corruption - but we shat the bed.

Didn't do much for Wolves last season when it kept wronging them and they kept going public with their feelings.
