Tarkowski has played in just about every win we've had for the last ~3 years too. Weird how that is, hmmmmmmmDid you know we've got a really good record of getting points whenever Pickford plays?

He gave them the ball for the first goal and missed 2 incredibly easy chances, whilst "pressuring" their midfield by jockeying in front of them with 10 yards space for most of the match. I fail to see where he was brilliant. I guess he ran a lot in the first 70 mins?Time people stop giving him stick, he has again been brilliant in a massive game, and clearly loves playinng for us.

This should be done in about five minutes. Can’t trap a ball, but can rattle an entire fanbase. Love the bloke.
….i read some stats suggesting we have an abysmal record when Doucoure doesn’t start so Palace away just got a whole lot more difficult.
FFS... "so what passed through the lads brain to do something that was guaranteed to get him sent off"...Which is another example of his idiotic decision making.
Ndiaye has already gone down injured in the same game, so what passed through the lads brain to do something that was guaranteed to get him sent off - this dropping the entire team in the crap for the next game.
Thanks to Doucs we now have one spare player across the front 6 positions this Saturday.
But he had a great game, missed two great chances, have the ball away horribly for their first and hit himself sent off after the whistle. Well done Doucs
We should not move anyone on until we have adequate replacements. We need a squad. He has proved, despite his limitations, that he is needed and often pops up in key, goal scoring. moments.Thank him and move him on..he's not good enough

You think he thought about it? It was pure emotion. Adrenaline. The same for Slot and Snowflake Jones.
The positive side of it is that it meant so much to him, shows he gets Everton, shows he understands what those glory-hunters are, with their taunts and condescending chants and banners etc.
Nice cushioned header for our second goalHe gave them the ball for the first goal and missed 2 incredibly easy chances, whilst "pressuring" their midfield by jockeying in front of them with 10 yards space for most of the match. I'll be glad when we have some more composure and ability in the final third.
But always be thankful for his contribution. He's given us more than I ever expected from what I think is a limited footballer. He's stood up/played a big role when we've desperately needed it and I'm not just talking Bournemouth.
It's also not his fault we've used him as we have.
But Saudi awaits.
Was thinking this morning is it better to have someone like the Duke who is limited but would die for the club or someone like Rodriguez who was so talented, but basically sat out the last third of the season when he was here.
Whatever you think of his ability he's been one of our most influential and impactful signings in this half decade.
Thinking of some of the players here he's seen come and go, managers to for that matter....
