I suppose it makes sense as it's an exclusive area, though for those wanting to wander round and see their friends/family, probably best to not get your season ticket there.

Talking of capacity though, I see Birmingham City are planning a 60k stadium. I know Newcastle are looking at ways to expand too.

We should have been looking at minimum 55k.

I believe a location for a Vauxhall Stn was identified near the the bottom of Love Lane. Even with sufficient space for a siding or separate platform as there is a double viaduct still in place.

Love Lane is a continuation of Pall Mall, and vice versa. The proposed station would be at the junction of both, is what was explained to me.

annoying this tbh as we tried to get this information a number of times by speaking to Everton and no one could confirm unsurprisingly- so we had to make a decision.

Asked that some weeks ago and that was the main reason I didn't go in there. Seems odd to me why you couldn't wander round and have a bevvy in another bar and then go to Club View . Maybe it's an entirely seperate entrance ?

I wonder if at any point the club would confirm that or if they think it's best to stick with what they've been saying for years

Yet it appears they have taken away more seating based from the plans.

We've got the three camera positions in the South stand, ok this is only for certain games but you can bet it will be at the ones that count. The extension to the media seating which is 4 rows for a good number of seats wide. The extra seats removed against the South stand walls.

I love that North Stand Upper, I'm surprised that hasn't been a popular choice so far.

Yeah I was keen on the North Upper myself, but the fear of the occasional whiff from the poo factory plus the fact I cba walking right round the stadium meant we plumped for SE corner.

So they mailed me back and ive sorted my credit agreement now, thanks to those who helped!

Birmingham city having 60k is complete pie in the sky mate. They've only ever sold out their 30k or so ground when in the top flight for a few seasons

The 2 things new owners talk about are getting to the PL and building a great new stadium. They`ve got a lot of work to do to get to the PL from where they are and won`t need that sort of capacity even if they do make it.

I think we`ve settled for a good increase in capacity, with all views of the pitch very good, but most importantly increased our corporate capacity as that is where the money is made.
