I cant see the point of him. No way he's retained in the summer and we're safe pretty much now.

The January window should have seen at least one or two cash signings for players with a big future with us and on long contracts.

To be fair the dudes, shared a pitch with Messi, done the PL and went on to Juve by 21, then becoming Flamingos all time record signing.

Hardly wasted money if there’s no loan fee and we are in full control on if the buy obligation is triggered. In fact this is one of the lowest risk deals I can remember Everton making recently.

Dave you spent the entire window being emphatic about the need for Jan signings, now this promising player with premier league experience who has distinguished himself as possesing a degree of quality to his game, is deemed a wasted transfer. There's an option to buy its not a straight loan , it's actually a shrewd move by the club. I think you just enjoy a good gripe at this point

Did you at least watch him play once or is this some Patterson pre ordained bias? Because most people who watched Southampton the year they were relegated stated he was impressive as he was on another level compared to the rest of the team, being one of their best players

Fella is in a death spiral, ive been there, everything is rubbish, everybody is out to get you.

He just needs to take a step back and realise that the world isnt rainbows and unicorns and you just need to enjoy the joys life throws at you, of which there are many.
