This window should have been used to strengthen going into the summer, not being wasted and placing all the work in the summer - which this lot will waste in any case.

I don't know how many, if any of TFG people have expertise in recognising levels of footballers talent, but you're assuming that they'll involve themselves in decisions about who we buy, and make bad choices, Moshiri like. Have they done it at Roma?

No im not entirely happy with it.

My sheets are dry, cos I do accept any mitigation that may and will be offered, but they run out of excuses in the Summer, who "they" are is yet to be known, but im expecting things in the Summer, not bright lights of vegas things, but things.

To be fair Forest paid £15m for a 31 year old journeyman who arrived on the back of 4 goals in 35 games for Newcastle. It has paid off massively but had we just done similar there wouldn't be much support for the deal on here.

His scoring rate wouldn't have been anywhere near his Forest rate with Dyche's game plan
