Love it that this thread is more active than the current manager's.
Dave and I have negotiated a truce for the Health of this forum.

I acknowledge that Dyche did well to keep us up despite the points deductions, and @davek acknowledges that he was useless this season and deserved to be sacked.

So, from yesterday we both got back to supporting Everton, Moyes, new signings and Patterson.

Blessed Deadline Day All.

A truce?

Boooooooooooooo!

That's not the spirit of the forum.

To any of the dychettes, do you wish we still had him in charge with how good of a job he was doing?

Or do you admit he was doing a godawful job this season?
Pretty much everyone said Dyche should move on when the new owners came in. Dead man’s shoes with no contract beyond the season.

Can we also arrange a D-Day for Dyche.

Celebrating making us difficult to beat again.

And opening a new thread annually, arguing the toss whether it was a difficult job done well, or an easy job done badly.

No idea, what's more surprising: Doucoure's proper touch for the 1:0 on saturday, or that Dave got reasonable to some extent.

Not really answered the question. We were being told how good of a job he was doing and that who could come in and do better with these players because the squad is so poor. Which all looks a bit foolish now.

With all due respect to Moyes, we have had a good run. A good bounce. We have definately played better football. But this side is still capable of returning to form.

Think of the bounce when Lampard and Dyche came in.

Moyes is managing a the same squad but we are most definately and different club. The level of optimism is high.

We can say well done Dyche thanks and good bye.
Great work so far Moyes keep it up!

Dyche’s bounce was that of a dead cat. We won 3 games in his first 14, we’ve already equalled the number of wins in Moyes’ first 4. It’s not remotely similar, and they aren’t remotely similar as managers.
