Another 12 months smacks of the previous ownership. If TFG are genuinely changing things behind the scenes, he wont be getting one. He’ll be replaced with better and on lower wages. It is hard to know because our squad is so thin. I truly believe we need to move away from Doucoure but I get why managers love him. Off the ball he's a monster, he's constantly moving, he's strong, he's all over the opposition hassling and harassing them. However, on the ball he's atrocious, can't even make a five yard pass (albeit he does pop up with some important goals, although increasingly few). I hope you're right, and Alcaraz appears to play in Doucoure's position so there is evidence to suggest you are, but with so many players out of contract in the summer I wouldn't be surprised to see another 12 months.
Fingers crossed indeed. I've not seen much from TFG that makes me think they'll be a revolutionary change, however. By all accounts they were going to keep Dyche on before he basically quit, they appointed the safe option in Moyes (that one seems to have worked out, to be fair) and they're not exactly lighting up the transfer window. If I was a betting man, I'd be putting my money on Doucoure getting another year.Another 12 months smacks of the previous ownership. We’ll see how things progress. The plan seems to have be get through to the summer and then reset when PSR allows. Hopefully be pleasantly surprised come the summer.Fingers crossed indeed. Yeah, it’s hard to know at this stage what their true intentions are as far as players go. You would like to think the club is drawing up targets to improve every position over the next couple of seasons, but they’ve not said that or shown that’s their thinking.Fingers crossed indeed. He’s deffo not a PL quality yet. Doubt he’ll ever be, but he’s fun to watch though.I expect some deals to get over the line beyond Alcaraz but gotta say bit gutted that Hamza Igamane doesn't look likely. All while fully admitting wasn't on my radar even a week ago.
Interestingly yours was the only radar he didn't show up on. An arse that size has been picked up by Jodrell BankI expect some deals to get over the line beyond Alcaraz but gotta say bit gutted that Hamza Igamane doesn't look likely. All while fully admitting wasn't on my radar even a week ago.
He got chased for pissing off the Geordie Arabians, he’ll be back probably sometime tomorrow or once the window’s closedJust checking in with the all seeing all knowing transfer oracle.
