I give him no credit, he was highly paid and he made me dread going to Goodison.

I honestly hope his nose stops running and he cant moisturises his face with snot.

Yeah, most people seem to hate him. I never really warmed to him as a person and the football was dire, but overall I think he did the job that needing doing in difficult circumstances. As with most things in life, it had run its course and a change was needed.

Simply put, every place now is worth a few million, given Moyes statement about how tight psr was, you can bet he wants every place higher he can get us now

In fairness to Moyes as well, from day 1 he said we should be looking up not down. It was so different from the last 3 managers.

I think it's going to be a really fun end to the season, chasing down the likes of United and Tottenham. It's just an added fillip isn't it?

Like him or not, Moyes is a bit of a master of creating that siege mentality through the entire club.

That will be the first proper test of whether we’ve got the same Moyes back or Moyes 2.0.

Tbh I expect to lose, but it’s the manner of the loss and his views before and after I’m keen to hear.
The media darlings are en route to another "rightful" title and it's the last derby at GP - we all know it's going to be a loss one way or another, but so long as we aspire to perform like today, keep trying to win matches, and beat the teams below us, that will do the required job for this season.

I'd be delighted not just for the club but for Moyes personally if we overtake Man United and West Ham. Think this will be his aim now all of a sudden

Do you know what I like about him?

He doesn’t approach every game with one set tactic. He changes it depending on the opponents, the lineup may be the same but their approach is different.

Last week, tactically set up to nullify Brighton’s strengths. Worked like a charm, and away from home, won and got a clean sheet.

This week, at home, against a ‘poorer’ side, set up to get on the front foot and get at them early. Playing to our strikers strengths of balls in behind.

Thank you gaffer.
It’s what amazes me about the current vogue for footballing ideologues. When was that ever a good thing, before people started flinging limitless funds at Guardiola?

Doing a brilliant job. Confident he already knows not to buy into it too much. We still need better players and all his quotes indicate that's what he's desperate for in the summer because unfortunately it won't happen now.
