New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I’ve never really understood why you can’t drink a beer in your seat but you can sit and drink a boiling hot cup of coffee/tea, I know which I’d rather have spilt on me, the beer might smell bad but it won’t give you 3rd degree burns.
That's why my black coffee sometimes just sometimes smells and tastes like beer. When in Germany we watched a Munich match. When they scored holly 🤬 was like a sea of beer 😂😂

You can drink in the stadium for one hour post match. You are not supposed to drink at all in view of the pitch at all.

I did see a couple of people getting away with it yesterday though. Our 18 year old, minimum wage stewards don't really care and who can blame them?
Mate, where I sit in the Street End, people regularly drink bottles of beer in their seat. The stewards conveniently turn a blind eye.

This one?

Just doesn't make sense why they extended it into the middle of the next block. If you need more media seats, do it from both sides and end with a diagonal so the top row has more seats than the lower one.

I love the stadium but there are a few bits that do my OCD right in.

That back row next to the media and to the right of the black fence is Village street. For that backrow seat you are talking £2000k (Inc VAT)...

And I genuinely don't think you'll see past those raised media desks without being a giraffe.

Would've made more sense to put those extra tables in the central section here 1 row below the current media penView attachment 292847

Money I'd guess, those seats are about £3200 exc. VAT a pop in the centre of Village street, in front of the media.

Agreed if anyone desperately needs a drink that much perhaps stay in the pub. Can't be doing with all the late arrivers and early darters all in the name of a pint that's before the ones who need 3 trips to the toilet during the game.
Late arrivals and early darters are exactly the reason it should be allowed, bundesliga gets the balance spot on.

Folk just get tanked up in the opportunity they do have to drink before the game and at half time. The current rule is part of the issue, not the solution.

Those seats are £1950 plus Vat so another circa £400 to go on top.

Complaints incoming first match of the season!!
