Transfer Rumour Evan Ferguson

Say he's 35-40m. obviously a hell of a lot but if we give him say a 4.5 or 5.5 year deal, we'd be alright on PSR wouldn't we?
We would be...but not much left then for anything else and we need a winger. Anyhow psr is only an excuse. If they want to, they'll find a way around it. Supposedly we are closing down on a naming deal for the stadium which i sure we could move some of it to this year's account if we need to.

Sky Sports:

West Ham have been actively trying to sign a striker in January. But with the deadline just a few days away and the chances of signing Evan Ferguson from Graham Potter's old club Brighton receding, the Hammers boss is leaning towards making do with what he has for the rest of the season.

Potter today:

"Signing the players, no problem. But to get the right one for the right price and fits how you want to play, that fits into the group, that's the difficult thing. And I think as a club we have to be mindful of that."

BTW is he fit to play now?

I think hes the type of player most fans could get behind.

Havent seen him for ages, but I recall him being a hard working player and thats half the battle here.
A winger is probably the safer investment, but he is the mold of striker I don't mind taking a chance on. Let's hope if we get him in Moyes will be more inclined to get chances created for him. Early goals could do wonders for him.
