Of course Beto has to play at the moment. But what happens if he gets injured ? We need at least 1 Striker in January. We do need another winger but a Striker is a priority

Spot on. We are still in the relegation mix, we need to win games, we need to score goals. Attacking players should be a priority. If we can get a winger or a backup left back then great, but that's not what'll put points on the board.

We absolutely need a striker. Needs must. We are in a vulnerable position.

I expect they'll get a couple in. Will have to wait probably until Monday but they have had weeks under TFG to prepare for this and Thelwell has had months. The injuries have exacerbated the need.

The parameters under which they are working were also clear to them at least weeks ago. We have a problem if they fail to strengthen the squad. I don't expect that will materialise as an issue.
