Just read that Brighton are spending 40m to increase their stadium capacity by 800. That's not a typo!

Looks like there is a lot more to it than just 800 added seats.new fan zone, corporate area, club shop expansion, relocating away supporters etc.

Still convinced they’ve missed a trick by not putting a row of seats along the back of the disabled sections so anyone that needs to go in there, can go with more than 1 companion.
The spaces look easily deep enough to manoeuvre even the biggest electric paraplegic chairs around.
I wonder where they got this - it’s not sourced, I haven’t seen it reported anywhere else and even a Google isn’t turning anything up.Not actual stadium news, but could be something to do with us heading into the new ground ...

I’d imagine that’s a fairly quick win in future, very easy to retrofit them in and there’s still plenty of space for wheelchairs etc to move about in.

I’d be more surprised if we weren’t trademarking everything we can related to the club.
I heard something a while back, but I can't remember where, that we were going to do something with the badge.
That early 80s one is my favourite. I'd love to see that back. Intrigued to see what a 'modernised' version of that might be, too.
If there is something in this, I just hope we use a different agency to the one that did our last couple of badges. I'm unimpressed with their artwork.

No idea why that is, it does seem odd it’s the only section of the stadium that doesn’t have concessions for seniors.
