Agree. Moyes is a decent manager and I would argue had he been here at the start of the season we’d be above or at least in and around the great Brighton. To get in amongst that top 6 then we’d need an upgrade. But he’ll do for now.
add in 4 points from not losing catastrophically against bournemouth and a point from losing a 2 goal lead against villa and our table position looks a lot different. Those two outcomes shouldn't have happened and Id be surprised if a Moyes everton collapses like that.

And we would have won more home games for sure. I can take battling away for points playing whatever way required. The way Dyche had us playing at home was shameful.

Great 3 points, now it is absolutely essential that we follow that up by spanking Leicester!
Spark them out and we'll hopefully be 10 points clear of Wolves who play Villa.

10 points clear, far superior goal difference and a game in hand, albeit against Liverpool.

I'd say we'd be three wins shy of being safe then. Obviously not losing to Wolves away and Ipswich home would be very crucial to our chances of safety. Minimum 4 points there.

Can’t even see us needing 3 wins. Bottom 3 are absolutely terrible.

...and not start believing...such as it is...our on publicity.
We're going to lose sometime, let's not be the architects of our own downfall - especially Vs Leicester.

Expect nothing - fight for everything
Absolutely Degsy, part of that belief has to translate into beating (and expecting to beat) those clubs below us. Over the past few seasons, we would beat a team above us then get humped by someone who hasn't won for about 12 matches. If we can change just that, we will be in a really good place.
