Let’s see can we do something about that mate.

A clever play with KDH, would be send Broja back, loan him with a reasonable loan fee for Chelsea this year with an obligation on July 1st when we are slightly more Brewstered.

Player like him changes the dynamic of the team and adds a dimension.

Talking myself into this now!
Yes indeed, dynamic needed on and off the pitch

How are we going to sign a proven player when we're still being limited by psr and we need to sign 3-4 players minimum.

If we go looking for 'proven' this month our options are going to be players like Willian.

Fans complaining about how Nuamah would be a terrible signing i dont really understand tbh. He's a young right sided forward with pace and dribbling - That will do for me. Might not be the finished article or a 'proven' player, but other PL teams being after him suggests to me that he's an upgrade on what we have.

This is completely correct, this guy could be what we are looking for on the right-hand side, he was close to signing for Fulham last year, so Marco Silva likes the look of him also, most fans have never seen him play and are just jumping the moaning arse bandwagon! 20 million euros is a good buy, and if he works out or doesn't, we will get our money back, given his age.

Look at Onana, lots of people bemoaned him that he was just a crowd leader, and yet Villa bought him for over 50 million, so a good profit

Willian, I am confused here, always though he played on the left? don't we have enough of these?

Certain positions you just need to bite the bullet and invest mate, we need a playmaker, dude can carry the ball, break a line with a pass, cross, take a set piece and score.
A good player but Chelsea would demand top dollar. Personally would rather we tried to do a deal for Richard Rios - looks like a huge talent and a good age.

However, Moyes has said he wants PL experienced players (or ones with experience in the UK leagues) and, if he is signing off on Nuamah, I reckon any other players we sign will be domestic ones.

Also, if Moyes wants to play him a bit deeper, we have Garner for that role.

Lyon signed Nuamah for €25m + €5m add ons, so if we've signed for around €20m it's a very good price, indeed.

His preferred position is right wing, at 19 he was the Danish Superliga Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year in 2022/3 with 15 goals and 4 assists in 34 appearances, and in his 4 games in 23/24 prior to the Lyon signing, he scored 5 goals + 1 assist and was the Danish Superliga Player Of The Month.

Sure things went south at Lyon, but to me, at this price, with our needs on the pitch and our PSR situation, this one is a no-brainer.

Wasn't arsed about him one bit 2 minutes ago. I will now start a genuine riot if we do not sign this lad.

Dutch ESPN says us, Fulham and Roma are interested in Coventry's rapid 24 year old RB, Milan Van Ewijk. Signed for £4m, possibly the best right back in the Championship...

I think he and Nuamah would be very good signings, in age, skillset and value, but I fear Fulham, with Tete now injured until April, may pip us on this one if he indeed makes his move this window....

A report on Liverpool world that we have agreed a £17m fee for Ernest Nuamah, this says we will now agree personal terms. There were previous reports that we had already agreed personal terms, so hopefully this moves quickly now.

Him , o Brian and ndiaye for 16m each is good business if they all turn out to be event half decent prem players

Thai is the market we are in for the foreseeable future
Agreed, in a league with other teams not even blinking to spend 50/60 mill per player, we now seem to be targeting talented young players with potential. We just need more of them through the door this window!

Back in the Moshiri spending phase, we were buying 28/29 years olds for higher fees and higher wages, so we are buying more sensibly.
