Vitamin C with Zinc tablets from Superdrug, one a day.

Put some headphones in and listen to this for a few minutes. Sounds daft but i have a friend who has sinus issues and says frequency audio has helped her

I've got a horrible sinus headache so currently trying this.

Aspirin, hot water, lemon juice, honey and a dash of whisky.

This, but no aspirin, and I put cinnamon* in too and swap whisky for Drambuie.
*Apparently during the big flu pandemic in 1917 ( I think) there was a region in China unaffected, the region produced cinnamon. This works as a general cure all.

My missus keeps bees and there is nothing better than hot water with a teaspoon of proper honey with lemon.

There is good data/research on the effectiveness of honey for cough. Just has to be avoided in kids under 1 year old

That's a pasteurised thing and infant immune issue iirc?
