It’s imperative that we change the manager if this is the profile of player we are after. Giving Dyche a player like Philogene would be like giving a caveman a computer.
That being said, on the few occasions I’ve seen him this season I’ve been unimpressed. Remember him giving away really cheap free kicks when he’s been brought on to help see the game out and really not looking arsed at all. He definitely needs a change of environment I think and a manager that trusts him as he’s clearly got talent.

What worries me a bit is while he did well at Hull, he wasnt as good as Summerville at Leeds, although Leeds were much better than Hull. Summerville went to West Ham and pretty much disappeared similar to this lad at Villa. The step up is significant and above some players ceilings no matter how promising they look in the championship.
