2024/25 Seamus Coleman

I do agree that when he finishes playing that he will be brought onto the coaching staff.

He clearly is very influential in the club in a very positive way.

I do believe he has the personality, leadership skills and temperament for management.

Although universally popular he seems totally ruthless and focused.
I think he is a man who would not be afraid of hard decisions.
Like retiring from international football when your body is clearly broken so the club who you have accepted a brand new contract from just shy of your 36th birthday might actually be able to use you for more than a third of the season?

He’s the type of fella who’d sit next to the bosses at work and grass on others if it meant keeping his job or getting a promotion over them. It’s embarrassing.

"This is a unique football club, one that expects certain things from their team".
I`d love to know what the club expects from their team.
We expect every time Seamus goes off on international duty that he comes back injured.

It would be good if Seamus publicly came out and said this is his final six months at Everton. The fans could give him a worthy send off and hopefully he could get a few more games before the end of the season.

We all know that he'll sign on the dotted line if a new contract is put to him though. That surely can't happen.
