For me, firstly, TFG need to put competent and experienced people in footballing positions throughout the club, and let them design and implement a strategy.

As part of this, I would be happy with initial investment in the academy, which has suffered harshly in recent years, in terms of focus, time and not merely money.

The club need to look at acquisition of a manager, coaches and players with a focus on being shrewd, rather than splashing the cash willy-nilly, like with Moshiri.

It's going to take time to rebuild, and we need to be patient as fans, so it would be nice to see some sensible appointments/purchases that strengthen the squad.

We need about 5 players for the here and now to make us a none relegation squad and then I agree the long term strategy needs to kick in
