Can we not look at what Villa have done and how quickly they turned it round with a change of manager rather than compare to Brighton? Gerrard was sacked whilst they were 16th.. Emery took the same group of players straight in to conference league then the champions league the following season..

It's been talked about a fair bit. Personally I don't think it's a similar situation to ours at all but Emery is clearly a very good manager and somebody of that level would be nice.

Brighton has been talked about because of how they deal with their managerial situation with it being such a smooth transition, this is what we should be doing going forward

Aston Villa showed ambition and got Emery in and look what they have achieve in such a small amount of time, this is like you have said we should be aiming for

Carsley rumours gaining traction.
The treatment room would be full with everyone in our old squad in traction with his intensive methods.

We want a manger who will play forwards whoever is available and not midfielders, false nines and make shift centre backs ! up front.

If your strikers are injured bump the next striker up in the pecking order, if you have ones available who have signed professional terms, that's their vocation.

Mate I haven't interviewed him...don't blame me

I do feel this squad here are more capable of playing better football than what we are seeing at the moment, they just need the right coach to do so

No doubt about that, but I think West Ham's squad is clearly better than ours and should be easily top half, their fixtures look pretty favorable comparing to us, and it's 5 points to Europe. But with the starting program we had we needed to be around 18-20p.
