Living in Dallas, I plan on seeing the U19 team play in the Dallas Cup. Is there anyone that I should keep a tab on? Any future Everton great that will be thrown out there?

I might be mistaken. It's called the Super Group. Although a couple of teams are bringing out their U17/18 teams. A pretty impressive list are playing - Manchester United, Paris St. Germain, Eintracht Frankfurt, Mexico Sub-20.

There are a couple of the current U16's there too - next years First year scholars.

First match is Everton vs some Brazilian outfit - so presumably much scouting will also be being done...!
