Moshiri is the club. They are one and the same. There is not some mythical entity called the “club” that will make decisions counter to the owners wishes. It would be his and only his decision until he no longer owns the club.

Would take two months of negotiations to work out who pays the compo - not happening, up to a last resort.

He's a club employee , gardening leave is the answer .

Ultimately yes it falls in the club balance sheet and prob more significantly onto our PSR calculation. But it’s a big 10 mill dump onto the balance sheet and someone is eating that cost either the new or existing owner as one or the other will be covering the clubs losses.

So who makes the decision now and who eats the cost now or later. That’s not straight forward.

Where's this 10 mil coming from ?

Gardening leave means he's paid to the end of his contract that all.

Are you just making stuff up tonight mate

His contract is up in 6 months
He’s on £5m a year
His right hand men will be on nowhere near that
