With lyon situation wonder if will look at players again caqueret who we was linked to in the past, then maybe attackers like fofana and even orban. Is a league we seem to look at

Concrete is the first stage of phase 2 after the 10 stages of phase 1

Phase 2 has 6 stages with a delagation being sent as the last one

Phase 3 involves actually checking the bank account

While phase 4 involves asking of the selling club are happy to accept zero down payment

So I’d say we are 10% of the way toward having a derisory bid rejected
 
On the subject of Everton transfers, I see there are some rumours that old Marcel Brands wants Dan Purdy (Head of Recruitment) at PSV with him.

Interesting move for him -- surely a drop in wages? Is Purdy meant to be any good?

Cant remember who mentioned him the other week. Lennon & the 2 airdrie brothers sound on paper like they would be interesting signings for us.

Would be great to be actively investing and improving the youth teams to generate a conveyor belt for the first team.

Yeah would see him alot closer to the first team then give us more time to develop armstrong then. Is the type of move you take a chance on now, like lille did with onana then can sell on for higher price not look at after and pay more. Still hope we look to take advantage of the situation at lyon fofana ect

Ive always liked Rayan Cherki and they have a few good young players + Caqueret is still only 24 and a good all round midfielder.

Yeah can see alot teams looking at the squad just with us looking to scount the french league alot would expect us to maybe try
 
The Friedkin Group have agreed to let Beto leave Everton on loan until the end of the season with Torino in pole position to sign him, according to Calcio Mercato.

The Italian outlet reported on 16 November that the prospective Toffees owners don’t want to lose assets and will allow the 26-year-old to leave for six months.
