I seem to remember Dyche fans on here rubbishing the idea that he would keep Keane in the team once Branthwaite was back fit.

Stuff like this is indefensible. Obviously you should always play your best available players, but beyond that we should be doing whatever we can to convince Branthwaite that he's the main man here and that we will build around him if he stays (unlikely as that is)

Hopefully Lindstrom can put in a performance. Also feel Harrison is better off the bench. Would rather have Branthwaite in but hey ho.

I agree, not starting Brainthwaite is inexcusable unless he has a slight niggling issue.

If Branthwaite isn’t 100% fit, it’s not worth risking him at this stage of the season. Would be a disaster if he came back a week or two too early and he was out long term. Wouldn’t be surprised if he came on as a sub again whether we’re winning or losing (so Keane can go up front again ).

….Dyche has struggled to find that right midfield combination, Doucoure/Gueye have looked the best but I don’t recall Gueye/Mangala starting. I think anlot hinges on that, although I can’t understand the decision not to start Branthwaite.
