As when Everton came in with the proposal for BMD, Peel will merrily chuck out whatever plans they might have had as soon as someone is willing to do something seriously with Nelson Dock.

You'd certainly imagine with TFG being involved in the Hotel game that they'd have ideas for the land around the stadium.

Hotels and restaurants - if you want to keep people in the area and spending money, those are 2 great ways to achieve that.

500 sounds like a hell of a lot, but without any context or comparison I don’t know what to make of it.
One thing is for certain, despite the significant revenue increase, there a first indicator of the increase in running costs I guess.

Says that Everton currently employ 500 stewards for match days so they are doubling to a 1000.

More like key club flags draped from the many lampposts at BMD just like the walk ups to Goodison.
Maybe projected badges to the stadium sides , can't see them being large manufactured emblems.

I'd like to see a large one on the brick facade either side of the South stand , but not seen anything on the renders for it.
