@tommye or anyone else, I need to repaint some outside doors as it looks like a botched job was done previously. Think I need to scrape off the loose paint, sand, undercoat then gloss. May need some wood filler as well by the looks of things.
Am I missing anything? It’s mainly peeling at the bottom where the rain gets it.

Try and prevent the water getting in.
Remove all the old shabite first.
If the wood is soft scrape out all that then epoxy filler.

You need to remove all that old paint (paint stripper or heat gun and scraper) filler where needed then sand it all back, then use a primer + undercoat + gloss = back to new.
(or buy some new doors if you CBA)
