I'm not sure about the trees. Seems like your typical new development requirement to have a bit of greenery on site to tick a box somewhere. Do we know what type of tree they are? Will they grow very big over time or they are small trees forever, if there is such a thing

They have had that issue at Goodison for years. At I do remember a net being put up at the park end but that may have just been during the warm up phase.
