You know what, gonna throw out 2 more random ones.

In Wansford, Peterborough, there is one hotel which is apparently home to the Ghost of Mary Queen of Scots, she was beheaded just down the road.

Opposite the hotel is a pub which is owned by Steve Evans, ex Peterborough United boss and generic league 1/league 2 Scottish manager.

(Don't know why so many ex Peterborough managers have now just moved into the area)

Quick Google, of course he's back at Rotherham

So one is a ghost?

There's a woman who used to dress up as a man or a child with short curly hair in the 80s that I've forgotten the name of, who lives a few doors down from our holiday home in Devon.

It's a dodgy Google that.

I think she was in a comedy duo with a catchphrase? She's absolutely tiny.

it was crankies that blinded me to this also.

So far as brave goes, this is above and beyond the call of duty.

When I was a baby, McCartney apparently lived round the corner.
As an adult I spent 20 years living fairly close to RS duo of Alan Hansen (who lived in Billy Bingham’s old house) and Mark Lawrenson.
Lawrenson’s kid was at junior school at the same time as my eldest, and he always, always wore shorts when collecting them from school… bad bell.
We sung a song about him to the tune of knees up mother brown back in the day.

My brother wrote loads of episodes of 'Doctors' for the Beeb, and was in Maid Marion and her Merry Men in the late 80's, amongst other things. So I'll say about 3 yards to the room next door.
Rabies, please?
Little Ron?
The white knight?
