As you can see the back wall is wet, it's not coming in from roof joints.

Reckon the gutter/drain system hasn't been able to cope with the amount of rain, maybe a blockage somewhere in-line, and then the water has backed up and poured in over the top of the gutter.
Nothing major to sort and the amount of water points to something along these lines.

Also there's a water capture system in place which is to be connected for use throughout the stadium and to water the pitch.
Maybe this isn't fully operational yet, with the pitch work ongoing, and maybe why the gutter/drain couldn't cope.

The contractor will be obligated to rectify that before full handover

There will be surveys done prior to that and/or it'll be covered in the contract.

That'll be in conjunction to application for the stadia Safety Certificate
