He does it on purpose, as 'something he finds funny', its him thinking he owns the narrative to show how un-important these conferences are.I dislike him already but can't stand people who aren't punctual in general.

Same as me I don’t expect anything off anyone either. No mate, I don't expect anything of anyone
What could he possibly be referring to, that is actually that bad, that makes him feel like the teams results are justifiable? Some comedic snippets from Dyche's utter nonsense conference.
“The bigger picture of the job, I have worked very hard to correct a lot of things, I am certainly pleased with that.”
“Fans want to win, ideally they want to win with style… the rest of the job people don’t see, from a management point of view, I have done a very good job.”
"Everton need to find that “way of winning”, the task is to encourage the players to be “loose enough to play but tight enough to stay solid as a unit”.
His personality clearly rubs people up the wrong way.Why all this dislike towards Dyche? He saved us from Lampard and the following year from the -8 penalty
If you think Sarri will come in and elevate us with the players we have, you are mistaken and I hope the Americans have more sense than those who advocate an immediate sacking

When is the right time to change managers? I’m okay with Dyche staying until the end of the season, but I definitely don’t want to start a new season—with a new stadium and ownership—under Sean Dyche's leadership. We need a reset on and off the pitch, from top to bottom. Why all this dislike towards Dyche? He saved us from Lampard and the following year from the -8 penalty
