TV Series

Finished TWD Daryl Dixon, not sure I’ll hack the second series if it’s all just about Carol though. Now on final episode of Dead City. Forgot how good Negan is.
My Mrs hadn’t seen TWD so I’ve gone through it all again. Loved it just as much 2nd time around, though the last season is a bit of a drag.

Watched Daryl Dixon, it’s ok but wasn’t enthralled.

Watched the Rick and Michonne spin off too. Preferred that to the Daryl one.

Think the Negan and Maggie one is the best one so far. So worth a watch if you have watched the others.

I’ve watched the first 6/7 series of TWD 4/5 times. Will probably start again, just felt both TWD and FTWD dropped off a cliff when the protagonists left.

Interview with the Vampire (2022 - ), seasons 1 and 2
Absolutely loved it. I felt so much attachment to the characters and their relationships. Instantly a favourite for me. Can't wait for season 3.

If you’re a fan of the walking dead and haven’t seen a show called Black Summer on Netflix give that a try. I think there’s 2 seasons and they aren’t making anymore. No idea why because it’s probably one of the best zombie shows I’ve ever seen.

Much grittier the TWD and pretty brutal in parts. Similar in that they start off and have no idea on how to navigate the world they’re put in but by the end they’re cold and very calculated

I have mate. Unfortunately there’s very few zombie shows that I haven’t watched at this point. Always looking for more/new ones.

Black Summer is actually in the same world as Z Nation as well despite the very different styles of show. I remember watching Black Summer and feeling it felt refreshing in terms of how good it actually was compared to others in the genre.
